Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

• A continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition is mandatory for claim verification.

• The product must be retained with its original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable.

Verification & Refunds
All requests are subject to internal quality inspection and validation. Refunds will be processed only after the reported manufacturing defect is verified and the claim is approved.
